Elaine Ryan is an experienced HR & Business Consultant as well as an established Accredited Executive, Business & Life Coach & NLP Practitioner. Elaine has over 25 years’ experience in management and has worked in a variety of industries at Senior levels.
Elaine Ryan & Associates Ltd was established in 2007 and continues to grow due to the service and reputation the company has established. Elaine started her company when she seen the need for hands on support for SME’s, not only in the HR sector but in the Operations area. By combining her vast experience Elaine tailors her services to meet the needs of her client and works in partnership with them. Her work ethic and values underpin her work. Elaine is based in Shannon Co. Clare with her family and is the proud mum of two daughters. Elaine is fascinated with people and enjoys learning about people and behaviours. Elaine is a life long learner who continues to upskill yearly.
